Our Story
To take our customers back to a time when quality mattered.  To provide an atmosphere of Grandma's kitchen with a touch of Southern class.
From the time we got married we have always wanted to have our own restaurant.  We are not there yet but in 2010 decided to take the plunge and try our hand at catering.   Thanks to wonderful friends and family support we took off with a bang and are going strong.  We still hope to someday open a restaurant but are having a blast right now.

Shades specializes in "Made From Scratch" good ole' southern style cookin'.  We pride ourselves in not taking short cuts on ingredients.  You must try items like our special Shades sauce, homemade ranch dressing,  honey mustard, BBQ sauce and much much more.  We want to provide our customers with foods they will only be able to find at Shades.  If you would like to see some of our menu items please go to our menu page.
